Cheesy Onion Sliders
1 1/2 pounds ground turkey (or ground beef)
1/2 cup chopped green or red peppers
3 tablespoons French’s Classic Worcestershire Sauce
French’s Original French Fried Onions
12 mini dinner rolls
Sliced or shredded provolone or swiss cheese (for topping)
12 lettuce or spinach leaves
— Mix the meat with the peppers, FRENCH’s onions, Worcestershire sauce and oregano. Make 12 mini patties (about golf ball sized).
–Grill or broil patties 4 to 6 minutes for medium done (160°F internal temperature) flipping over once at midway point.
